For most organisations their strength is their people and THE BOG is no exception. Our staff are a good mixture of full timers and those who work part time to supplement their study.

The Bar Crew

The team is an experienced and lively crew who have a lot of fun and believe in excellent service for every patron at the BOG with a smile, and a welcome back on your return.

Our team is led by General Managers Beathe & Martin and Duty Managers, Hayden and Russ. They bring a wealth of hospitality experience to their roles, and are ably assisted by a well organised team.

On the Door

Our Security team is staffed for us by Allied Security, and is an important part of our team. Ably run by Rob, the team is there to meet and greet and make sure that no one ruins the enjoyable night of someone else.
